Welcome! We’re excited you’re coming to Harmony University 2019.

PLEASE READ THESE WORDS BELOW... you will be glad you did.

You may find the SCHED platform difficult to use the first time.  It has some features that HU planners do not like, but it works.  Sorry about that.

You are selecting 4 types of activities in SCHED
  1.  Core classes.  These are Monday - Friday classes offered at 10:30 am, 2 pm, 3:15 pm, and 4 pm.  We also offer an optional "early bird" session at 8 am, but we don’t suggest you take these classes UNLESS you are truly a person who likes to get up early.  Heads up:  It *may look* like this class is only Monday, but it’s Monday - Friday.  It’s a problem with the SCHED program that will not allow a class to repeat.
  2. Elective classes.  These are "one off" classes that meet for 45 minutes.  Unlike core classes, these do not repeat and are not sequenced:  anyone (students and faculty) can take any elective they wish... or not.  Saturday is electives only, and you can pick anything you would like... no colleges.
  3. All school activities.  This is our general sessions. shows, ice cream, bus shuttles, rock climbing wall... anything in an all school setting.  Yes, we count the number of people who say they want ice cream.
  4. Paid extra activities.  Some students would like a 30 minute private lesson in arranging, conducting, performance, leadership, or voice.  We have some of the best people in the world on site, ready to work with you one on one.  You may select a time early or late in the week, and even during a class or not during a class.  In order to select on of these, you must have already paid in Eventbrite.  It’s not a problem to add on a new purchase after you have registered.
To READ about a course, click the course title name (or hold the cursor over the class title), and you can read a short course description.

To SELECT a course, click the circle on the far left of the title. Other course options during this time slot fade.

To DE-SELECT the course if you change your mind, click the checked circle again.

When you are done selecting your classes, SCHED (tragically) does not have a final submit button.  We know this scares you, but just close out the window.  All classes are live once you click on them.

Good news: and you can return to SCHED over and over again if you change your mind, and are welcome tp select a different class, but be careful: If you leave a class and sign up for a full class, you will be at the end of the electronic line, and may not get it. You will see this with the words WAITLISTED on your schedule.

College Specific and Open Courses
Some courses are "College Specific" which means you must be enrolled in that particular college to take the course. You will receive an error message if you attempt to register for a course that isn’t considered an "Open Course" for other attendees to participate.

If you are highly visual person and need to see this, watch this tutorial----->   HERE
